Tropical Audubon and Leica Store Miami are proud to co-sponsor two events with Noah Strycker, adventurer, photographer and author of several bird-related books, including the highly recommended "The Thing With Feathers." In 2015, Noah saw an amazing 6042 birds during an epic International Big Year, setting a new world record in the process. (I was fortunate enough to spend eleven days with Noah during his record-setting Big Year, sharing incredible bird and mammal sightings with him during a birding tour in South Africa). Noah has just published a book about his Big Year experience, called "Birding Without Borders." On Saturday, October 28, Noah will talk about his Big Year and sign copies of his book at Leica Store Miami in Coral Gables. On Sunday, October 29, Noah will be leading a bird walk at Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park. If you would like to join us for one or both of these events, click on the link below for event specifics (RSVP required). To learn more about Noah, see http://www.audubon.org/authors/noah-strycker
