White-cheeked Pintail

Yesterday the folks on the CBC saw a White Cheeked Pintail at the Virginia Key Ecosystem restoration area. We just refound the bird in pond 2 as of 9:50 after searching from 7am.

The bird can be seen from the bike path

Still there at 12:30pm. As you're walking west along the bike path, it was in the second pond sitting in the shade with Mottled Ducks. Unfortunately head was tucked most of the time.
