The Spring edition will feature New World wines paired with a little night music by University of Miami Frost School flutists, delectable hors d'oeuvres and a magical, memorable 4-course menu presented by Chef Brendan Connor, cofounder of Whisk Gourmet. From his pop-up kitchen in the Tropical Hardwood Hammock, Chef Brendan sends out each course a la minute, perfectly paired with distinctive, ultra-premium wines donated by Republic National Dist. Co.
