Cuba’s protected natural areas, geographic isolation, and limited development combine to create an ideal destination for birders. On this 8-day tour, birders will have the opportunity to spot some of Cuba’s signature species such as Cuban Trogon, Cuban Tody, Cuban Solitaire, Zapata Wren, Cuban Blackbird, Cuban Green Woodpecker, Bee Hummingbird, and many more, while also experiencing the natural beauty of Cuba’s environment. Birding locations include Las Terrazas (a UNESCO designated Biosphere Reserve), La Guira National Park and the Zapata Peninsula. Travelers will also get the opportunity to discover the rich history and culture of Cuba. Fee: $3,070.00 per person double occupancy; $420.00 single supplement. Fee includes all ground transportation, lodging, meals, entrance fees, excursions and the services of your skilled leaders.
